For the second straight season the Geneseo women's basketball team had to deal with the death of teammate. First-year forward Savannah Williams was killed in a car accident in December. Eleven months earlier, senior Kelsey Annese was killed in a double homicide. The Knights dealt with both tragedies with dignity and respect and came together as supportive friends and teammates.
