Yea i believe that the spirit nd flesh is praying. What its basically saying is that we want GOD 2 make us over again, since our flesh is controling us and every time GOD delivers us from sumthing or try to help us then we tend to go ahead with our own ways and after a while we get tired of doing wrong and forsaking GOD when he's right there trying to help us, so i think what this song is saying is that our spirit is crying out for a change from our flesh(desirable) ways!
