Ingredients
Puff pastry - 500 grams / 18 oz
Potatoes - 4 pcs
Milk - 50 ml
Peppers - 1 pc
Carrots - 1 pc
Green onion - 1 stalk
Parsley
Cheese - 150 grams / 5 oz
Eggs - 4 pcs
Butter - 20 grams / 0.70 oz
Method of preparation
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 25 minutes on a moderate heat (7th degree).
Strain them from the water and mash, adding the butter to them. Add the milk, carrots, green onion, pepper, grated cheese and finely chopped parsley. Beat 3 eggs and add them to the mixture. We mix well. We prepare one breakfast from 250 grams / 9 oz of puff pastry.
Place the stuffing at both ends and fold. We also put the stuffing in the middle. We place them in a tray covered with baking paper.
Brush them with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/374°F for 30 minutes.
