I love the layout. I hate walking in the door to see kitchens. I would make a little wall to have a distinguished dining area separate from the living room.

This is a beautiful home. The layout is perfect. I love the porch. The color is beautiful then the white makes it pop. I love all the windows. This house is perfect. Love the kitchen. The furnishings are spectacular in this home. The master bedroom and bath are perfect.Tim this is so perfect.

I believe this home is in my top-5 homes, it definitely checks all the boxes,the layout with the huge kitchen hidden but still in a good flow, you can’t see directly into the master bedroom from the living room, love the master bathroom with both a tile shower and soaker tub split floor plan laundry-mud room located on the end perfect for a garage entrance , Love it.

I love this home! I think the only thing I would change is the island in the kitchen, make it smaller and put it right smack dab in the middle! I would want to go full tile in the shower in both bathrooms and I would definitely change the floor in the guest bathroom, and go full on hardwood floors throughout the rest of the house, except bathrooms and kitchen.

Love the floorplan in general, not crazy about the placement of the fridge, that corner is a bit tight. Having the utility room double as an office and folding center is intriguing - maybe some sliding doors in front of the washer and dryer to cut down the noise? Beautiful home.

Great layout, great hallway, almost great kitchen. I really like this model. I like the fact that you don't have to walk in and immediately see the kitchen or dining room. I'd change the color scheme and make the laundry area smaller, opting for an office or storage.

Toured this home again and only thing I want different is a traditional style fireplace either gas log or wood burning and this would give more space to either side of the fireplace too. Home is very beautiful and very well designed and wish much more would be like this. The kitchen is awesome with fantastic cabinet storage both upper and lower and has great Drawers over doors so have plenty of them. The only for me that would make this home perfect Is a family room too.

LOVE it. I hate when you walk in and can see the Sink in the Kitchen. Grew up in a house like that and it always happens someone comes over when dirty dishes are in the sink or nearby and we ALWAYS washed our dishes asap after a meal. Of course it was a rare visitor that never came over.

I can't say that I like that weird wall with the pass through that divides the kitchen and the dining room. Really cuts off the kitchen from the rest of the living spaces!

Yes, I love it! What a beautiful house, the only thing I would probably change is in the laundry room. I would opt out of the desk & cabinet area & opt for a huge storage closet in that area instead, since there is no big pantry....Yeah, I can see myself living here! 🤗🤗🤗

I love the coat closet as you come in. So many does not have one. Love the ceiling in the living room. Hidden kitchen!! YES!! I can just imagine my flowers placed around..so much light!! This has to be one of my favorites!! I love the brown cabinets but white would make me happy...There is so much I love and only 6 mins. in...Wow all the outlets in utility room..I'm sold!! LOLoloL

This is one of the better modular homes. I love most of the layout. What I don't like: 1) the wall in front of the island, it should be open; 2) utility/laundry room needs wider space for the washer and dryer, reduce the room size, remove the desk and add it to the main bathroom.; 3) make the walk-in closet completely open without the benches: 4) and what's up with all of those outlets 6 ft up inside the cubby holes in the mud room?

I like this one as well. My daughter would love this kitchen. Every Holiday she complains because she doesn't want to look at dirty dishes all over the kitchen while she is trying to eat her Holiday meal. I have to agree with her, but this one has a separation half wall with a pass through. This would be perfect. thanks Tim

I love the front porch. I can just imagine some nice comfy furniture on it and sitting there in the evening and relaxing with a mug of something. The floor plan is perfect! The laundry/ utility room counter/,desk area would be great for crafts/sewing/quilting. There is plenty of room. To spread out a project, set up an ironing board, or even lay out a quilt on the floor. ( I typically use a bed) the windows are beautiful. The master bath is. Nice as is the closet. No complaints.... other than it's all lhe way kver there and not here and MY house 😉

I am not a fan of the open plan house, I have no probably with it for other people, I just don't like everyone walking into my house seeing my whole house and they've only walked through the front door. So I'm really loving this house!!!!! Each room is it's own private oasis. For me it has a lot of warmth, and family feel. The kitchen is wonderful with a island that can be a working space, dining space, and just to hang out talk and snack space. And then you have a formal dining room too, this increases room space or gives the illusion that your house is bigger/roomier. Love this plan.

I love this one! The size of the bedrooms. The nice sized closets. The social areas open plan. Yet kitchens not on display as soon as you open door. Coat closet and plenty of pantry cabinets! Separate laundry. It ticks all the boxes! The only thing I would change. I would want more porch space,and no green! I'm not a fan of green.
