And this is why I never got into overmeme, Blizzard sucks at balancing.

Nerfing Genji is fine by me. Taking away his third jump, feels a bit too much. Genji player now have to gain new muscle memory because of that. Which is rather annoying than infuriating. The main issues that i have with this patch is the Hanzo buff. Wait until people complain about his bullshit arrows.

Still needs nerfing to this day.

Anyone saying this nerf is reasonable has never played genji, I guarantee it. "Herp Derp, just hit Q and win!" - First his ult is probably the most skill intense in the game! Just hit Q? Did you all forget Reaper? - Q to wipe team. Junkrat has a 10 second, remote tire that will kill anyone unless you got a widowmaker, lucky rein or a soldier76. It goes up the freakin walls! Soldier - Q and shoot Tracer - Free kill basically. Bastion - At least genji can be fuckin killed, bastion has huge healthpool. Oh, yeah, but Genji that requires to press Q and actually do something.. "Press Q to win." Let's not forget genji has the lowest DPS in the game, made EVEN lower by removing his combo. So who is Genji supposed to counter exactly?... He is supposed to counter the backline, snipers and healers. But now... Bastion? Just stop shooting, you're not an idiot, that only works on low ranks. Uhh.... That's kinda it... Why? Because Mercy with her flight before you can kill her. Lucio will outheal your dmg and get to a teammate, Zenyatta will probably kill you himself, Widow you may have fighting chance. Hanzo will wreck you with Scatter arrow or shoot you. You know why? Because you can't do burst dmg anymore! This nerf doesn't just make him weaker... It makes him useless 95% of the game. Until he charges his ult AND STILL wipes the team like most complain. Blizzard basically punished skilled Genjis and slightly made his killing spree slightly shorter for genji noobs.

Pretty hypocritical how you guys are laughing at some Genji players for disliking the nerfs, yet you guys were just as salty about Genji before the nerf,

I really hope you guys get to read this. its a little long though but . the people are who are raging and are salty at genjis nerf are people who werent really good with him to start with. He's still very usable and will still annihilate the same people complaining about him who are in the 40s-60s (if used by the right person) . i finished at 71 in season one. and in the PTR placement matches i still had the same damage outputs (average around 14000). same elims per life ( around 4.23), and was still team wiping with his ult. And still had the opponent team raging and insulting me for doing well with him against them. And i ended up getting placed at "Master" So this nerf really only affects him on the pro scene. or at least above rank 75 ish (ranks where people already knew how to counter him effectively before this nerf)..So i really dont understand what was trying to be acccomplished with this nerf.. the bad genjis are still going to be bad.. and the good ones are still going to shit on the people who originally went to reddit to complain about it and who dont know basic counters and Basic usage of support Ultimates like lucio and zenyatta which compelety nuffily dragonblade. Well i just wanted to get my thoughts out here and for people to get the perspective of someone who has put around 90 hours into genji and doesnt feel like this nerf is as big a deal as people say

One of the main reason i bought overwatch was Genji. He is on of the most skill based character in Overwatch and Blizzard nerfing him says it all. They react to fucking kids and mid-age dads (24/7 Soldier76,Torbjörn) who complain about getting rekt. Its just not fair to punish good players for being good. Nerfing his mobility OR his ult would be totaly fine, but nerfing fucking everything is too much. They just ruined him , there is no reason to pick a genji instead of tracer now. And for all of you who think nerfing Genji is a good idea. I cant wait so see your face if you get a "bad" Genji instalock in ranked who will be even more useless then before the nerf. Have fun tryhard Soldiers. Also everyone will main tracer now. That means everyone will flame and cry about Tracer. And at the end they will nerf her too. And so on.... Salt? Genji players are angry 'cause it's fucking 4rth time now. I play genji by myself and this new patch is joke. But hey, there's people who play heroes like soldier with one star difficulty and they're having butthurt about me cause I play genji and rekt them so much. There are people who play bastion and can't learn to not shoot while I'm deflecting, it's not hero's fault, just players suck that much.
