How do you know when the storage is complete?

You don't. There is no storage function, only Balance Charge. -Brett

Hey man i have the same charger and i have a question since i'm kinda new to the hobby. I have a GensAce Soaring 11.1 3cells 2700mpah battery and when i bought it the shop owner told me that it should be stored at 50% and 3.8~3.9 volts per cell. My question is how do i know that the battery is at said characteristics.

Sadly you won't using this charger. This charger does not have a "Storage Mode" where the charger will put your battery into that 50% state for you. More expensive chargers have this option. An alternate method would be to buy a cell checker that you plug your batteries into, which will display the cell voltages: www.amainhobbies.com/isdt-bg8s-smart-battery-lipo-cell-checker-isd-bg8s/p694594 Cell checkers are good to have for many reasons, but mainly to see the internal health of your lipo, and it will work with all other rc lipos you own. -Brett
