My fav 4 star voiceline is beidou's. All of her voicelines are pretty nice, especially her burst: "all eyes on me","power that killed haishan". Both the english and japanese va did a rlly good job at portraying how powerful she is

I prefer Xiao's "Seiyou nabu." (translates to "Tranquil Dance of Evil Conquering.") cuz Xiao's lines are mostly just depressing and angry but this one made him sound much more badass imo

a curiosity is that the poetic of zhongli’s line got a little bit lost in the localization to english. It’s a direct translation from his line in CN 天动万象 which more literally means 'heavens move, and everything [follows]' / ‘everything moves to the will of the heavens’

can someone explain how kazuhas line work? 雲 (kumo) 隠れ… (*kakureru* is hide, so *what is this word* ?? 😭) 雁 (this is "gan? " so where is *kari* from) 鳴く (this is naku- cry ) 時 (toki - when) kumo *something* , *something* naku toki clouds do *something* , when *something* cries? same thing with other characters.. traveller says "shi ei" how can i understand the meaning *without looking at the WRITTEN* i thought it was 死えい in written form... but i look it up and its ’紫影’　murasaki kage (purple shadow) so *where is shi ei coming from* ? why isnt he saying murasaki kage? *does the spoken way, decide the written kanji?* or does the *written kanji decide the spoken way?* this is a strange comfusion i cant find much help about this 😭
