a serving of noodles
①Pork Bone Soup
　1kg pork bones
　water
　2 cloves of ginger
　3 cloves of garlic
　1/2 onion
　3cm scallion
　a carrot
The sauce
　1tbsp cooking wine
　3tbsp Soy sauce
　8g seaweed
　1tsp chicken bouillon
　1tbsp sweet sake
②Pork ChaShu
　200g pork shoulder roast
　a clove of ginger
　2 cloves of garlic
　1/2 onion
　3cm scallion
　10g lard
　2tbsp sugar
　70ml soy sauce
③Ramen Egg
　3 eggs
　2tbsp soy sauce
　1tbsp water
　1/2tbsp sugar
　1tbsp sweet sake
④Other Toppings
　wood ear mushroom
　7 cloves of garlic
　sesame oil
　20g bamboo shoots
　kimchi

real genshin recipe : put 3 bags of flour, 2 bamboo shoot, 4 meat, 1 bird egg in a pot and heat it then boom! you get tonkotsu ramen

This really looks amazing, but I don't believe for a second that was actually at the right eating temperature by the time everything was put together!

It is, if you just heat the soup after all these steps... The ingrediences will warm up in it and taste amazing at the right temperature. Also it wouldnt be too hot to burn your mouth if you dont start to eat soup but all the things in it.

I approved this recipe and I want to try it out, but the problem is I don't have the pressure cooker. How long should I cook the pork to extract the porky broth in a regular big pot??? Also, did you buy lard or you make lard at home? I usually use vegetable oil, is that a good substitute? Thanks

I always wanted to ask, when cooking videos say Soy sauce do they refer to dark or the regular one? Sometimes it's hard to tell for me by color as I rarely cook/ see it.

The regular one, if they say dark, then they'll specify as Dark soy sauce
