Another Arataki Gang music festival, another set of songs to play through. The scores have gotten more complex courtesy of the fourth "The One and Oni King" difficulty - this lets the charts get more interesting courtesy of more involved patterns and actual use of the first and sixth columns.
This is still not too much of a difficulty increase (it's obvious that they're holding back a lot in what could be charted in these) and some patterns are still oddly set up, but I do appreciate the added opportunities that somewhat better match the music. That said, I find it weird that they're holding back in the first place when this difficulty purely exists for fun and challenge, with no rewards requiring you to play Oni King charts.
Now if only frame drops wouldn't lead to delayed inputs or, in the worst cases, outright desyncs of the song...
