Styling wigs can be super challenging and I’m so happy to have supportive friends who help me! @krystlcosplay7433 did such an amazing job on my Yelan wig and it was super interesting to see her work in person! I've never seen that technique before to lay down some cotton wool to give more body to hair spikes! That's so cool, I'll definitely keep that one in mind :D

@@ladydimltrescu that makes sense. Many techniques used in cosplay come from the drag community. (Which is especially interesting when you consider that many people use cosplay to help explore their own identity, usually exploring gender and how they enjoy expressing it. )

Love how ressourceful cosplayers are. They use a billion technique from so many disciplines like sewing, soldering, coding, crafting with tons of materials. You will at best only find people like her in Hollywood if you ever wanna hire these skills.
