Seeing how she has a Vision here, this is actually her lifestyle after the AQ…which is crazy considering we thought this was how she sees the world as an Archon but in actuality this is her finally living her life in her own wonderment and freedom, illustrated as the show biz, stage and the whole cast by the end of demo. In the whole demo, only Chlorinde made cameo hinting that they are probably like sisters now and may have even taught Furina how to fight (practicing on a sleeping seal). With her skills, it would seem that the 3 summons are like companions that kept her company as they would understand her the most. There is no aura of overwhelming power or control over nature or its fundamental laws. There is no immortal legacy of past deeds. You might not notice that her Ousia alignment(short hair, black accents on outfit), she is on the stage. All the spotlight is on her, she is the Main CHARACTER of the PERFORMANCE. While her Pneuma counterpart(long hair, white accents on outfit), she's the one holding the camera. She is like the AUDIENCE of the PERFOMANCE.

This might be the single best character demo Hoyo has ever dropped. You can FEEL exactly what Furina is all about in it, from the duality of her nature to her love of drama. Also gotta love that Childe is now an honorary Fontaine character.

After playing the 4.2 archon quest, seeing the part at 1:40 just hits different, she is just doing what she has done for over 500 years, but unlike before, she is actually enyoing it

I'm terrified at the fact her teaser is so depressing but we see her demo is actually very fun and wholesome. You just know her story gonna have plot twist

I like how in 1:38 the swing scenes depicts her acting as the archons, the audience the people of the nation, and their respective colors

Coming back to this trailer after finishing all the archon quest and her story quest, I just realized that at 1:58 the change in music and tone is because she switched from her true self to acting as the archon (you can see the outift and hair change), which is why we begin seeing her potrayed as a celebrity for the remaining half of the trailer. Truly a wonderful video and amazing character!

Yesterday, this demo made me smile all day. Today, I finished the Archon Quest and Lady Furina has had me in tears. I have absolutely fallen in love with her.

i just noticed how her voice here is slightly different to the voice she puts on when she’s in her archon mode, which makes me think that she’s probably genuinely enjoying herself in this trailer rather than putting an act on 😭💖 she seems so much happier as a human now if this is the case

She imitates all of the previous archons. - Nahida: swing with joy. - Venti: swing while playing harp - Ei: Literally her meditation stance. - Zhongli: Do Mora giveaway (maybe before he step down from the ruler position.) Even the crowd watching are those from the region. Also, the sound effect of changing character in the team.

What a well-developed character Furina is, even in such a happy and lively song the lyrics and some events within the demo can make you understand that they are talking about escapism and evading reality (which makes a lot of sense to everything she experienced in the prophecy). The demo begins with a man talking about the incredible play that Furina is about to perform but in the meantime you see the audience going about their daily lives as if that didn't matter while you then cut to Furina's scene where she starts dancing and singing... For some empty seats... That the man talks about the great performance that she is about to do and that it seems that no one cares or no one noticed reflects how Furina is doing the incredible performance of an archon and no one realizes that it is acted. The song tells you that the world is a stage (I mean, everyone is an actor), if you feel like crying then laugh (after all if the world is a stage, you are an actor on it and you should be able to pretend). It can lead you to interpret that you should not show your true feelings to anyone and that makes sense Furina always behaving like a majestic conceited archon with a big smile but in the fountain you could hear her crying begging for everything to end... Just like she says the song, the world is a stage, if you want to cry... LAUGH. (Furina on the verge of madness).

I am a Chinese and I am using translation software, so it may not be accurate. Next I will interpret furina's pv. ① First of all, the waterways and gates of Fontaine are like the red carpet and the gates of the theater, and there is a sense in which Fontaine is a theater. ②Then, the second shot shows three groups of audiences, representing three different groups of people, first the middle class, then the aristocracy (rich people) and finally the general public. Honestly, having Furina on your team is a massive help, since she’s great at fighting gardemeks because she can change her Arkhe alignment on the spot, and she’s also good for solving puzzles since you don’t have to look for ousia or pneuma blocks.

fontaine and furina got me into the game and furina carried me all the way through inazuma and the rest of the archon quests by herself, getting furina at exactly 50 pulls right 10 hours before the banner end as a new player is like the best thing that happened to me

All characters shown in the demo are opposite to the truth. For example, the waterproof helmet is filled with water, but it is used for diving, Furina smiled and performed a magic trick that had been completely revealed and could no longer be performed.. So Furina, who is happy and surrounded, loved by everyone in the demo is also opposite in reality.

How can someone possibly dislike her 🤣 her personality is just so dynamic you will never get bored of her. Good luck to those who pull for her🙌🏼 (and for Baizhu)

Personally, this is the best Character Demo we've gotten in a while now. The cinematography is just amazing in this and the way Furina is presented in this Demo is fantastic. Btw, I just wanna take this moment to mention the scene at 1:53. I love it so much! Just Furina showing herself off to paparazzi with such glamor and elegance. Something about that felt really amazing. And the music was the cherry on top!
