In this video, I test the Gent Callpoint in the loft. I also set off all the sounders on Signal 1, and then activate evacuation by pressing the S4 MCP in my room! Voice is on all of the S3s and S-Quads now.
The VIG-SND (Gent Hornstyle Sounder) is now in the loft - to replace the S2. It's very loud!

Funky music at the end 😂. The pitch on those 34202 sounders or whatever they are called is a lot higher than I remember. I find it cool that such old sounders are compatible with the new vigilons. When you had signal one on and you were outside the old sounder seemed a lot loader than the newer ones. Great system test!

Haha! Yeah it's excellent how it's all backwards compatible. You can hear the old sounder very well outside too. Very distinctive!

Hi I have a question, I've brought a gent xenex panel from eBay. I brought it "faulty". And 2 fuses had blown (I think, they where white inside and 1 other was clear) it had 3 spare so I changed the 2 then put a plug on it, plugged it in but nothing happened. My dad thinks it's the transmitter box thing in the bottom corner. Do you have any ideas? Thanks

Hey! Very great video and test mate! LOVED The good old fashioned Gent hornstyle Sounder! (i find the older devices the best) Brings back memory's of secondary school haha! Keep up the good work dude (: (P.s I love the random "Pffft think that's a bit loud" Lol XD

haha Never knew that! I Only knew that the old 1980s Hornstyle sounders sounded more a deeper pitch while The White ones that you said from the 90s that you have are a higher pitch. I Remember i used to always keep away from them higher pitch ones in Secondary school because i knew how loud they were even on the class change tone and cuz there was 3 in a very small hallway so im sure you can picture what it was like lol
