Lately, I've started to alternate between ASMR videos and nature videos to sleep at nights. And on the nights I let nature videos lull me to sleep, I always choose one from this wonderful channel. This video right here once again proves why I exclusively prefer this channel. Thank you for your skilled, high-quality work.

+stefanos2691, ASMR is short for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, which describes the reaction some people get from certain sounds. A calming, tingly feeling in the back of your neck and/ or elsewhere, brought on by listening to someone speak quietly and softly, or even whispering. Some get these tingles from the sound of a hand stroking against a pillow, or fingernails gently tapping on a wooden surface, and so on. Even nature sounds, such as in this video. Various sounds give various tingles from person to person, that's pretty much the bottom line. The ASMR videos where whispering is included, are often designed help people sleep, or to decrease one's level of stress/anxiety/depression, and they can even be inspired by guided meditation recordings that one would listen to even before ASMR became a thing. There are a bunch of channels with a vast variety of options, but if you were to ask me about recommended channels for beginners, I'd say these are good choices: Gentle Whispering; Ardra ASMR; softlygaloshes; Cosmic Tingles; Latte ASMR. Those are just a few. In the long run, you're better off snooping around KZfaq to discover channels that mean the most to you. Hope this helps you a bit on the way, though! P. S. yes agree totally with you ~ its such a wonderful place, so invigorating and yet so calming as well. I noticed the horizon was off unfortunately after it went live on KZfaq - I was unfortunately suffering from bouts of fatigue when I was working on these video edits - I got careless in the editing process. Hopefully won't happen again. Thanks for pointing out though :)

I'm back relaxed guy, im trying out new videos to fall asleep too but I can't listen to a different channel it doesn't work 🙃. Its you I have to have in bed with me and listen to coz otherwise I will not fall sleep, ( so that sounded ok In my head until I read it out loud lol) Oh well at least it works so thank you again 😊 ☺
