Thanks for the video! I injured a knee this past month and doing this video a couple times a week has been a great mental health booster for me while I'm unable to walk properly.

Good workout for all round upper body, it was quite hard to keep up with, especially saying things like exhale as you move-I need to inhale first! I had a bit of trouble working out what to do in time to do it with you but overall I did enjoy it and I did it from home with my carer, who also had a bit of trouble keeping up and he is pretty fit and healthy.
