It's from 1930s, it's public domain. Did you have software recognize this piece and immediately ran to comments?

@@gkk116the original composition is from the 1930s, but copyright attaches to any recording of a new performance. If I were to perform this piece today and record it, I would own the copyright over my performance, even if the original piece itself is in the public domain.
