Whoever did the voice acting for that guy screaming "Let me out!" needs a fucking award. That made me feel some primal kinda fear that only a few horror games have ever made me feel.

As a mortician, I can attest that this is what happens on a normal Tuesday.

"I heard bells" Nope. NOPE. I wouldn't want to hear a bell ring around dead people considering they used it as a method to make sure they didn't bury people who were still alive.

My theory behind the reason she wasnt reacting to any of the spooks... She was probably diagnosed with some kind of mental disorder that causes vivid hallucinations. This stems from the point where shes walking through the hospital halls and you can hear the doctors saying theyve upped her dose. I would assume the dosage they upped was an antipsychotic. And her 10 year chip probably had to do with drug abuse which she turned to in an attempt to escape her psychotic episodes. So this was probably a daily occurence to her before she had started her antipsychotics and she just assumed that her meds werent helping and she was so used to not reacting in public that it became a habit not to react.

I considered being a mortician but became more devoted to joining a crime scene cleanup crew after I graduated high school. However, I was forced to change career paths because I developed tourettes and can't work with sharp or otherwise dangerous materials anymore. Now I'm a housekeeper because it's essentially the same thing as crime scene cleanup but with less potentially deadly chemicals and about an equal amount of bodily fluids.

I love re-watching every jump scare, watching Sean's eyes, and spotting the exact moment his soul leaves his body.

The crazy thing about this game is there are somewhat randomized events, so no 2 playthroughs are exactly the same. I saw things in this video that I never saw when I played this myself. CRAZY that it's a solo developer working on this game...

Funeral director/embalmer/licensed crematory operator here. Love the accurate portrayal of embalming in this. My one gripe is the sound from breaking rigor (when you are bending the limbs around) never heard them crack that bad.

This is probably one of the best executed horror games I've seen in a while, especially the thing staring at you from the corner and only moving/disappearing when you center your view on it.

I played this too and my gosh I think its one of the scariest games! The bald dude just sitting in the corners was the creepiest, excited to see how the other characters are involved in the story when the final release is out!

Like adjusting in his seat and when he sits down again the screen pops up and it’s obviously a different scene because his hoodie and headphones are adjusted so he had to copy the scene and get them to line up perfectly and flaws wouldn’t be noticed because of the game screen suddenly appearing as well

At first i was laughing really hard and then when the body storage door started banging i got freaked out this game is horrifying

My headcannon is, this is what all bodies do after death. The mortuary people are just used to it, and dont tell anyone to not freak them out. Thats why the protagonis doesnt react at all to everything thats going on! So when Anny suddenly comes to life and starts blabbering satanic, the embalmer is just like "yeah, yeah Anny. Just get back on the stretcher, would you? So you can finally rest tomorrow when you get burried."

11:50 fun fact: bodies can actually do this (obviously not quite to that extent), corpses can have muscle spasms which can cause their limbs to move (I.e., arms are held up, legs become elevated, sometimes they can even sit up), Furthermore, due to gases being trapped in the body, when gases are released it can sound like a raspy, inhuman moan/groan.
