Jaisa is video m dikhaya hai.... Ham kisi person ke adhar number se kaise us person ki identity verify kr skte hai ?ki whether the person is genuine or not....kis portal se check kr skte hai?

Hello sir , I'm from Mumbai Maharashtra, When I'm updating my DOB it will be showing Limit cross before once I changed my DOB due to some misunderstanding and when I going to RO Mumbai more than 5 time they will didn't solve my problem I having Birth certificate, marksheet I'm the citizenships of India , So what tou want why it will get Rejected again. And again , I'm facing trouble problem due to this and due to this I'm not able to join job , without job how's I'm survived how to managed my home ????????
