Great job Geoff I'd like the younger generation to know that when I was a young kid in the mid 1970s. Pizza hut was a classy sit down table cloth restaurant it was amazing. It was not at all like it is now. It was a family restaurant with waitresses and waiters etc. Unreal experiences.

Maybe you could do a speed challenge with a food item from your childhood or something that you really enjoy. Then only do a small amount but you're going for time so you can do the same thing 2-3 times. Then in 6-12 months you can do the same challenge. Have short clips from your previous attempt incorporated in your video and see if you've improved or gotten worse

That thin cracker crust pizza is our style here in St. Louis MO. Our most well know pizza joint here in STL is Imo's Pizza. Most out of towners don't like it, they say the crust is a cracker and they don't like the Provel cheese that's on Imo's pizzas. But I'm from here, been here 44 years, and I love our pizza!

Pizza in the protective extra box doesn’t need the little table. I always heat extra pizza sauce to dip because most pizza needs more sauce. Great video and challenge. No one out pizzas the Hut. 😂. Happy Holidays everyone 🎄

Looks good but way smaller than it looks on tv. I’m glad we chose Publix dinner for Xmas instead. My allowance was a large Pizza Hut pizza back in the 80’s. It was real pizza back then, now the toppings are dehydrated. No sauce. Lack of cheese. I wish they still had the standards they started with. My high school had a Pizza Hut food truck. It was $1.50 a slice and there were only four varieties I think. I don't know if it was part of our local Pizza Hut restaurant, or someone who just got franchise rights for just the food truck, but I know it had its own oven. PS this was in 1991 and 92

Dude, cardboard school lunch pizza was the best. There was a company that used to (may still), make a pizza that tasted EXACTLY like it. I believe it was individual slices stacked and they were in a blue box. Used to see them at Giant Eagle (grocery store up in the north east).

There's a pizza chain named "CiCi's" I know they're in the southern region. They have small slices but it is an all you can eat buffet nonetheless. Try it out if you're ever down this way. (AL.)

So what's for supper?

I went to a pizza buffet a lot as a kid. They had about 10 flavors, plust a delicious creamy cinnamon dessert pizza and small cinnamon buns. Idk if that's a common dessert pairing, but it was delicious.

The most famous chain pizza buffet is CiCi's. The pizza was just okay, but it was cheap. Many of their locations have closed, The nearest state to yours that still has one is PA. You might find a local joint that has either a regular or occasional buffet. I was the graphic and digital designer for a local joint that had an excellent buffet of fantastic pizzas as well as pastas, meatballs, sausage and peppers. It was quite popular but sadly was attached to a local arcade who was the landlord. The arcade ran into some issues with the clientele, and started going downhill, The owner eventually sold the entire property to a development company about 10 years ago which forced the buffet to close. They never opened another location. Still miss it to this day.
