The "Sequence" command lets you quickly make lists of objects in GeoGebra, and once you get comfortable with it you'll be able to build tons of different visualizations. This video is a bit longer, but it's got an extended example in the latter half that shows the power of understanding lists and the Sequence command!
GeoGebra manual page about Lists: wiki.geogebra.org/en/Lists

Drew! Wow! Where have you been? I'm a big fan of GeoGebra and I have been using it to create geometrical art for almost 12 years. Back then there was a lack of comprehensive guides like your wonderful videos. I struggled a lot to learn what you are explaining here smoothly and clearly. You got a new subscriber. I am watching and enjoying all your GeoGebra videos. Thanks a million. Please keep this great work up 👌👏🙏

Wow thank you so much. GeoGebra has been so useful for me in studying for the GRE Math. GeoGebra helps me learn 10x faster because I can gain the intuition for every concept. Now you've made the tool so much more useful!

This is amazing, I've been using Geogebra for years for my own math research and never knew you could do this! And I'm already a programmer but didn't think to see if this was possible! Thank you so much!!!!!

Very useful. I was going through the manual on lists and your examples really helped. I have in my mind a project to show how a matrix decomposes into its eigen vectors using Geogebra. So drawing many eigenvectors at once could be handy. Thanks!

Amazing video. Thanks Drew! Quick question, since we wanted to approximate the curve, is there a way too to add these segments together to approximate the arc length? Thank you!

Hi Orecene! Yes, there's a way! In fact, it's so quick that I almost included it in the video :) At the end of the demo (starting around 14:05), notice that GeoGebra calls the list of line segments "l1" and it displays it on the left as a list of numbers. Those numbers are the length of each segment! So all you need to enter is "Sum(l1)" and you'll get the sum of the lengths of the segments. Hope that helps! Thanks for your question :)

I guess this should be able to give us a quick and dirty method to calculate the perimeter of an ellipse. As we all know, there is no formula for it. If the N is sufficiently large,we should be able to get a good estimate of its perimeter.

Nice vid, TY! I've got only 1 question: is it possible to find out how many items in a list? I've got the list of solutions of an equation and i need to know how many solutions there. TY again

6:10 so that's what the elusive "variable k" is. Would've been nice if the manual bothered saying so.
