Ever since I made my scrap wood 3 string explorer, I have been wanting to try the technique on furniture... so here it is! All in walnut!
So much work went into this but I am so thrilled with how it turned out!
Thanks so much to Woodcraft for sponsoring this video! I couldn't have done it without them... Check them out to get everything you need to get started building!

Wow. A ton of skill went into this construction. I am not usually a fan of irregular geometric patterns and round corners and edges. You're so detail-oriented that you don't really care if it will take a lot longer for you to make it as long as it will make your piece look a lot better. You take so much time making and designing your pieces and it really shows in the end. You don't make things just for the hell of it, you make it because you want to make something beautiful. I love your videos because you are very natural, you show your mistakes and have a virtue to explain your projects step by step ... that makes beginners lose their fear to do projects. I wish you much success

This build sums up your overall work in three words -> Style, Class, and Skill. You have come a long way since the first video I saw on your channel. I hope your family really understands who you are in the maker space. Keep it up, lady. You are fast becoming a legend.

I feel you are one of the most thoughtful designers and executers of woodwork I've ever seen. And you make it seem easy (which can be dangerous for the rest of us non woodworking geniuses); but I truly enjoy your content. You have real talent!!

Absolutely fabulous project. The way you show both the PROCES and the individual STEPS shows your skill and experience. It seems your in control; You know the goal and the steps to get there. And the order in which to do these steps, without mayor whoopsies and surprises. For me a beginner woodworker there are still too many gaps in my skills as well as the required helicopter view to get a good grip on the proces. Viewing your videos helps me to get better at this. Your enthusiasm is infectious and the 'scraps' illustrating the balancing act as a -woodworker-mom-woodworker-youtuber makes me grin. THANKS Willem

As usual easily one of the absolute best step-by step tutorial makers on KZfaq. So thorough and concise. Always so well thought out and logical in your process. Way to show the amazing accuracy you can get without all the bell and whistle tools. I would say that someone should hire you and big time sponsor you but of course they would ruin a good thing. You are awesome! Best wishes.

Wish I had found you a long time ago. The workmanship that went into that cabinet fascinates me...and reminded me to work on my patience when woodworking, in order for me to get to the level I desire. And I love that you go back to hand tools when so many don't remember how to use them...& with a specialty high tech tool for every job now,. Thanks for actually working "with your hands" & teaching us you can create exciting pieces of higher quality, without owning $10,000 + in tools. WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ART. That cabinet should be on display for the public! And we could all use a bit more art in our daily lives to remind us that current events won't destroy us. Using beautiful joinery, even when no one will see it should be the reason to do it...for your own satisfaction without a need for others to tell us how amazing we are. Sorry for this rant...but thank you so much. I was really in need of you tonight. You impact others in ways you may never realize.

love the cabinet! the best part of it is that it was completed by a human! :-) what i love most about your channel is you just build novel jigs as you go along. it inspires folks like me to go on with this hobby knowing that there are ways to make things happen even when you're not flush with money. and trying to copy your jigs is sometimes way more rewarding than building another table or shelf.
