how to combine all split parts in SpaceClaim so that no separate boundary is generated in fluent? please guide.

You can move in single component and then use share the geometry option.

@@graspengineering9249, I did the same but it shows many boundaries in fluent apart from defined one. There is no problem with meshing but when it is imported in fluent it creates unnecessary boundaries.

@@asifraj321 We have not tried it in Fluent. In Mechanical it is working. You can try different merge option in details in Spaceclaim.

hello Team, You have splitted the single body in to various bodies for meshing, but in connections all these splitted bodies will be highlighted in the contacts as different bodies, how we can remove this connection becoz it should act as whole single body kindly clarify me Thanks in advance

We have splinted single body into multiple solids, after splitting you need to select all the solids and need to move to new component. Once you have moved all splitted solids in single component then it will connect all the solids so no need to create contacts in Mechanical.

@@graspengineering9249 HI I have splitted the bodies and moved to new component but still I see these splitted body in contact as seperate solids how to rectify?

You can cross check with edge connection and with edges colour. You can also cross check by doing mesh and check connectivity.

@@graspengineering9249 I understand what is written above but I agree with not wanting the contact faces. In Design Modeler the split parts can be combined into a single part so the partitioned parts can be meshed with no contacts. Nodes can be merged but it would be nice to have the once combined part in SpaceCalim so it can be meshed individually in Ansys with no contacts. Can you show this? Regards,
