in their 63 years of marriage, I honestly never heard my parents argue or put each other down in a mean way... They, too, said they were lucky. Both were tolerant and emotionally mature, and had great senses of humor.

I think it's important that George admires Amal so much that he always feels lucky and proud being beside her and Amal is respectful and always expresses her adoration so it really is a good combination!

Maybe it’s just me, but, interviews I watch with Gayle King, I notice she never lets her guest(s) finish their questions and always interrupts them.

I love this couple. They’re beautiful as individuals and even more beautiful together. Frankly, it’s refreshing to see a high visibility couple who looks authentically happy together. May God grant them a lifetime of love!

They were both mature adults when they got married. It is a compatible relationship where their stars are concerned and that's why one sees that understanding and patience and love between them.

I wish Gayle King had not interrupted Amal. Amal couldn't finish a sentence uninterrupted because Ms. King kept jumping in. The interview was suppose to be focused (I'm guessing) on the Clooneys and not Ms.King directing the interview back to herself. Everybody should be respected!!

I love their honesty, and when Amal said the ,,secret'' is 99% strike of luck; meeting the right person in the right time, maaan that hit me hard. I appreciate their openness and honesty. You can really tell they're not faking it as many do. They are made for each other and they truly had THE LUCK for finding one another. :-)

I have never seen them interviewed together and what a treat. Amal is absolutely lovely! Very intelligent, beautiful and charming. They compliment each other perfectly.

This is why people need to find themselves before marriage and select a partner of their equal across all areas not just for looks and money, they have those things and a purpose for positive change in the world

As personable as he may seem, George appears to be a huge fan of his own voice, as does Gayle King, Poor Amal struggled to answer Gayle's questions as they both constantly interrupted her, which is a shame as she's by far the most interesting person out of the trio in this video.

I get Clooney and Amal. I married a really beautiful woman who is also VERY smart and classy as can be. She had impeccable manners and morals, and speaks multiple languages. When we first met, she was like a princess and she thought I was her prince, even though we were both low on cash. We have now been married for 20 years and became mult-millionaires together when we both started out with nothing. Ironically, we had both come from wealthy families who gave us no help and no head start in life. Frankly it was shameful. But neither of us cared. Our first jobs were a busboy and dishwasher (me) and a deli worker (her). When we met I was a cop and she was a loan processor. We have come a long way. I cannot say we have never had an argument, because we are both VERY strong willed people, so that gets in the way sometimes. But in the end, we both respect eachother and keep God in our marriage and our marriage is strong and our kids turned out great too. I see many of the same traits in these too, so I know they will be very successful in marriage. Some think it is 99% luck but I disagree. If you look close enough and paid enough attention, you will see God put it together and therefore He should be praised, because a love like that is uncommon.

My husband and I will be married 30 years soon. The only time we ever argued was when we were stressed from not being able to make ends meet. I don't think George and Amal have to struggle with that. None the less they are a lovely couple.

I'm happy for both of them. Both of them showed humility in regards to their partner. That's basically it. And most relationships there's a power struggle because one partner wants to dominate the other partner. You don't see that from them. She said she couldn't believe that she was going to be spending the rest of her life with that man. And George he looked at her like with puppy eyes. He had that oh gosh type of Look to him. They are definitely the ideal because the humility that they both show to each other that's why the relationship is good.

I so agree with them: marriage is easy with the right person. The problem is so many folks marry the wrong person and then promote this idea that "marriage is hard work." Life is hard work, yes. However, a happy relationship is to do with choosing a compatible partner. If you do, it is easy.

Nothing’s perfect! They’re happy and that is great but there’s no need to compare their relationship to your own. Everyone’s relationship is unique and as long as it’s healthy, that’s what matters. My friend and her husband would never argue nor fight, he ended up leaving her for someone else. My friend later said that she was a pushover in their relationship and focused on making him happy. You never know what’s behind the scenes.

And THIS is what I'm holding out for. I too believe when you meet someone and there is a spark...a flame, you just know it. Coversations are never forced, they just come easy. Just the sight of them or soumd of their voice makes you smile. It happens to couples everyday all over the world. And the fact that they never argue tells you the depth of respect and love that is there. I don't believe couples have to argue to have a healthy relationship. That is cynical. When I think of every argument I have ever had with an ex or friend, it was because of miscommunication. 100%. But when you are with the right person, you get one another. I love how they compliment each other and how they look at each other, looks like a great couple. I am just skeptical on when they say they never argue, that is just hard to believe. Disagreements and arguments happens in any relationship either with your family or partners or spouses and it’s very normal. It’s how you deal with them, do you deal with it respectfully and professionally or deal with them violently or harshly.
