why 40+? I'm 28 and lost my job as a steel worker, I spent 8 years there! Also why just men? lots of woman lost their jobs as well....

+james limon Hi James, thanks for your comment. The pilot project is being targeted at males aged 40 and over, as research highlighted this as the largest group, and one which could most benefit from Team Talk. However, we are hoping that the project will be a success and provisions will be made available to extend it to a wider reach. Thank you for your interest in the project. Once you get over 40 you feel pretty much hopeless and on the scrap heap.
