I've watched GET BACK several times. My heart bled for George. Paul and John treated him as insignificant, which of course he wasn't.

I felt the same. You could see how badly George wanted to collaborate with them and they were so indifferent towards what he had to offer. I honestly think there was some jealously on their part, which is ridiculous considering who they were and what they accomplished as writers, but people are weird like that.
