This video is for one of the most everlasting Chinese love songs - 選擇 (Xuan Ze - "Choice") - performed by George Lam (林子祥) and Sally Yeh (葉蒨文) with English translation and pinyin.
Some of the lyrics in the song were difficult to translate to English as there aren't any 1:1 conversions. I don't like to translate a song too figuratively as I believe that by retaining as much of the original language as possible, it gives the translation a bigger impact.
All video animations, lyrics translation and the overall presentation were done by me. Static background image was obtained from Google Images search.

George Lam was an artist that was very popular in my parents' generation. I only knew of him growing up because they always played his songs all the time and it stuck with me. Some years ago, George Lam held a concert near where I lived in Canada so I went to see him live with my family, and I do not regret it at all. It was an amazing experience to watch him perform!

That's amazing I found out about Fei Yu-qing last year and when I looked into him, he had a concert literally a month after finding out near my area and it was for his final series of concerts before retiring (this was before he got meme popular)

@@GeneralLiuofBoston1911 Yeah I'm aware of it as I came across the video before. The reuploader didn't remove my info in the videl albeit no link back but at least the video is intact so I let it slide. Anyone familiar with my work can tell it's one of my videos from the signature and styles used in the video.

Sorry this is unrelated but can I make a request please? "辛曉琪 - 離春天多麼遠". It's from an old TV series/movie, I Have A Date With Spring. There are so many songs from this series that I love but this one is my favourite T_T

I'm familiar with that ATV series. It starred Sheren Tang and Kwong Wah. The problem is I can find a lossless source for the song at the moment. If/when I do, I'll put it on my todo list.
