@@brayan531 pretty mid tbh, the manipulation of the tuning pegs was cool at first but became boring when done constantly throughout the song. All in all, Acoustic trench’s version is a lot better not just in sound but also in technique.

@@jeshland It's not, "better technique" one is more focused on percussive fingerstyle while the other is focused on generating fluid tone with the addition of percussive hits. As someone who has played for a while I can tell that you that both are equally in the high end of difficulty and precision, Alexander Misko is just as good, they are just two different styles. Also, the peg turning was used to get a specific tone that reappears in the actual song quite a bit, did we forget music is a series of repetitions? What you meant to say was, "I didn't like his version as much as it wasn't as dynamic as Acoustic Trenche's"

This is a classical guitar, which uses nylon strings over the all steel strings in an acoustic guitar. I have a few and they sound as sweet in tone as this

@@eemincapann it’s coz the fps ( frames per second ) in his camera are really high , so let’s say a phone has 60fps , a high quality camera could have 400 fps or even way more , that way the strings are like that because the camera can keep up with the vibrations

Not just the camera, when u point a light directly to the strings it creates this kinda of stroboscopic effect, in which you see things slower than they really are. In this case, the vibration of the string.

Wow I'm speechless... Whenever I see someone playing guitar it always reminds me how interested and energetic I was when I first touched guitar. My dad always says music doesn't put food on the table you should keep studying. Now I feel jealous of someone who chased their dream.

@@King-gy2rf not a guitarist but from my knowledge, he's playing on a classical guitar which uses nylon strings. They are more elastic than metal strings which explains the wiggle

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Rick and Morty. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer’s head. There’s also Rick’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they’re not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Rick & Morty truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Rick’s existential catchphrase “Wubba Lubba Dub Dub,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Dan Harmon’s genius wit unfolds itself on their television screens. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂 God help me im sorry for bringing that meme here

@@cutebruce Not really sure, he is playing the G on the 6th string while playing other notes on the 7-8th fret over the 1-2nd string (not really sure which notes cause i'm still beggin for the tab :D ), so it would be quite difficult to just put the thumb behind the fretboard

You should watch Nigerian slap contest videos. Pretty good, probably better than this. It's good guitaring but not many Nigerian guys slapping each other. Kind of disappoints if you want to see Nigerian slaps. This video is definitely lacking in that department

not that common, because it is somewhat awkward; I recommend you watch that one popular acoustic cover of "sons of skyrim" the guy brings that to good use there :)

Das Erdmännchen I agree with you.. there are always ways to play something much easily.. but in this case, I think Mr Acoustic Trench was going for either a tonality aspect, or all the other notes were more conveniently reachable, so he had to use his thumb to complete it lol. it all depends on the person

Thumb on the third fret 6th string and pinkie on sixth fret first string. It's impossible for people that have non flexible fingers to reach both frets with regular hand position, so he did that to reach both of them
