George Whitefield was a famous revivalist from the Great Awakening in the USA. He was born and raised in Gloucester, England. As a young man us became a part of the Holy club at Oxford University which also had John and George Wesley as members.
The Great awakening in the United States was a great move of God which has left a lasting impact today.
