*If* my opinion had been in the recipe, I would have said an upside down bowl (or another pan)over the griddle pan would have trapped the heat similar to an oven, and the glove would have come in handy to remove it. Wild that despite not having water, the biggest issue with Chris’ “pie” was water content. Fresh tomatoes and fresh mozzarella both have a higher water content than their processed counterparts. I thought they were both quite clever with problem solving, so kudos for that. But my opinion was not in the recipe, so I guess I’ll go pound salt, which seems to be the ultimate deciding factor. 💃🏼

So interesting how they didn't turn out THAT bad. Blending bread?? Using milk instead of water?? Cooking pizza without the oven?? Using the top of a sweetcorn can as a knife?? A banger video indeed.
