really loved your chat about life! i’m almost 23 and related a lot with ALL of what you were saying! so many people around me are buying houses, building houses, pregnant, engaged etc and i’m none of the above, very single and still living at home! it’s hard to know what your direction is when you are solely relying on you!

Watching your talk about Win, I relate so much! I adopted a cat when I was 21 on a whim. Now being 27 with her, we have moved more times than I can count, careers change, partners change, friends change, I’ve changed but having her as a little constant is such a comfort. You have time to figure it out ❤

I feel nostalgic about literally anything in the past, good or bad. I've always wondered why. Sometimes I will stare at old photos for so long just trying to remember that time. Recently I went through a period where I got really sad because I realised how far away my highschool years felt (I'm 32). They weren't even that good, I just think I was getting that 'life is going so fast' feeling.

The fact that I know there is calming music for dogs on the tv just from the screen hahah! Love your work xx

When ur back squatting try and remember to keep your head neutral because your head have a direct impact on ur lower back so it’ll help to be neutral, I’m not one to correct or anything but small tips that helped me have the best form ( I’m a varsity athlete and my trainers always remind me)

Life ebbs and flows, sometimes it feels like things are going great and sometimes it feels a bit stale. If you're feeling like you're not 100% happy with things atm it's OK to change things up, sometimes the smallest change can make a huge impact on how you feel and it can be as little as a change in routine or learning something new. I'm going to be 34 this year and I honestly dreaded turning 30 and I can honestly say as I get older I just get happier and happier. When I look back on my 20s I realise that I wasn't being my true self (because I hadn't found that yet) and I was always so worried about what people thought of me. I have let go of all that and just work on being the best and happiest version of me and always ask myself what is going to make me happy and that seems to work. Also don't lose sight of the fact that you are SO incredibly successful for your age especially, look at everything you have achieved and allow yourself to reflect when you're in a situation like this. Ask yourself are you being hard on yourself. I sometimes feel a bit odd watching your channel while being so much older than you but honestly I wish I had a Georgia Richards to look up to when I was a teenager and I'm so glad that you're here doing your thing because even though it might not feel like it to you, you are making a huge difference.

I love that ur puppers name is Winston. I have a west highland terrier named Milton but coz he looks so regal people mistake him for a "Winston" LOL so now we call him Milton Winston Puppynuckle

I put my dogs' kibble in the kong, with a mix of soft dog food and PB, freeze it overnight and in the morning you've got at least an hour to yourself unbothered :)
