Hello Friends! A few days ago I visited my friend Konstantine Janashia @GeorgianBull in his hometown Kutaisi. We had two days of workout In his home gym. We decided to to split this workout sessions into two videos, part one and part two. here is the firs day (Part 1) of our workout.

I met the Georgian bull konstantin at world, strongest man in Myrtle Beach. I even have a picture with him. Such a great guy very kind. Very nice. It was raining and he still took time to talk to the fans in the rain.

Levan S already won easily by breaking Devon L's arm last year in June. Hopefully Levan is doing better after the injury he sustained while training.

I definitely think this type of lifting with levon will help greatly. All arpund lifting the whole body. It will bring the cardiovascular system to a much higher level. And will help with fat to muscle ratios. Just health in general. He could lose 55lbs and still be safe. 350lbs is perfect weight for him. Believe it or not.
