Wow, I didn't realize how long Spinelli has been on the show. I adored Georgie, and I miss her character. Spinelli is always so heartbreaking, he's such a brilliant sweetheart.

When Felicia got pregnant she had slept with both Frisco and Mac on the same day (while Maxie was in the hospital waiting on a heart transplant- never did figure out how that happened). So she didn’t know which one was the father. Sometime during the pregnancy she had paternity testing and it came out the baby was Frisco’s. He tried to do the devoted husband and father thing for a while but Felicia came to realize his heart wasn’t in it and she sent him off to be a spy again (Jack Wagner went off to star in Melrose Place or make an album or something) Then eventually she and Mac got back together.

Krisstina Wilson he was always more of a father to them than Frisco! they called him dad and he called them his daughters.

I know. The same with Robin too. Mac was the perfect father because he chose to be and always loved his daughters, all three of them.

exactly. Anna and Robert and Felicia are better now but Mac was there for them through everything, he chose to raise them, he's their true father.

Spinelli just breaks my heart in these scenes. Bradford Anderson is absolutely amazing. the TMK got rid of two of my favorite characters- Georgie and Emily. I want them back :(

These reactions of Spinelli Mac and Georgie are so sad. The loved their step daughter, sister, and friend so much and the actors showed that tremendously in these scenes.

I always get choked up when I hear the police sirens in the background when Maxie is talking about the sound when the snow was falling. I start crying when Mac figures out that Georgie is lying on the steps and when Maxie goes running to Mac because she wants to see her sister. I have a sick feeling in my stomach even now watching this. Why did they have to kill Georgie off she could have went off with Dillon to Canada.

Did anyone else notice that Spinelli called her "Georgie" and not one of the many nicknames he gave her. He never called her by her name when she was alive because he wanted what he called her to mean more. It's sad that he called her "Georgie" when she died. It shows how sad he is...

This storyline reveal was always off since Diego supposedly died. You would think her reaction would of been totally different. Why kill Georgie she was the only one that was nice to him.

+Tanica Thornton I think he planned to kill Maxie but Georgie happened to be there. I hope that the strangeness of the killer's identity means that Georgie is alive. Wasn't Diego in love with her? It makes sense that he would fake her death, kidnap her and plan to be with her but then die leaving Georgie still missing. I usually don't like back from the dead stories on soaps but I want Georgie back so badly I would accept it here.

Oh gosh,I forgot how impactful Georgie's dearh was- justleft there on the steps , quiet forlorn, abandoned , to be found by Spinnelli. "She cant be left alone"...so sad. :-(

Totally agree with Empyre18. This storyline made me so angry and then to find out it was someone that was supposed to already be dead made no sense with Georgie's reaction. I have no problem with death of a character as long as there is actual reasoning behind it. This was just stupid.

Ugh..this storyline was horrible. To this day I’m so mad that not just one, but two legacy characters had to die. They couldn’t of just left it at Emily, they had to take down George too. 😡

But Felicia left long before Georgie graduated from high school. Felicia also wasn't in their lives. When I was in college (and even still today), I still talked to my parents - they want to at least make sure I'm doing okay. Felicia and Frisco weren't even communicating with the girls. Maxie didn't even know that Felicia was back with Frisco until Felicia comes back for the funeral. On the flip side, I believe both girls were still living at Mac's house. I think that's what Shauy Faust meant.

That's not true. Felicia was in their life. Felicia was always in their life and Frisco did communicate with his daughter. So what if Maxie didn't know that Felicia is back with Frisco? What does that have to do with anything? And, no. They were not living at Mac's house. They were grown. Georgie had even been married.

Hated this storyline. It was so obvious the writers had no idea who the killer was until the very end. Diego Alcazar (who the killer turned out to be) was written off as dead at the time. Georgie wouldn't have casually greeted Diego like she does here; she would've been shocked that he was even alive. It's infuriating that such a decent, good character as Georgie was unnecessarily killed off as part of such a sloppy, half-assed storyline.

It’s interesting how Mac was so professional as a cop until he realized the victim was Georgie. The actor was great here, not over the top like a lot of actors tend to do in scenes like this.

Georgie's death was overwhelming and heartbreaking, indeed for Maxie and mac. I feel so for both of them. Mac loved her like his own daughter and was the only parent in the picture when Georgie died. F and F were nowhere around and Maxie would always resent them both because of it. At least Georgie had Mac to love her and lean on. Spinelli was so upset too, his beautiful friend died and he is such agony. I was pissed when Frisco and Felicia werent there for this.

@@ladyofjazz448 , but she didn't know that her daughter was going to get killed. It's not like her daughter was sick for months. She died suddenly and Felicia came immediately to the funeral. So a person can't leave to go out of town even if their children are adults? What about Mac allowing Robin to live in Paris? What if she got killed? Are you saying that adult children have to live in the same town as their parents?

+habebba laila Yeah, I often notice the same thing in T.V./movie death scenes. Like Robert Powell's ('Jesus')'s eyelid moving in the movie Jesus of Nazareth. Also, this recent episode where Helena Cassadine supposedly died, but we can all clearly see that she's breathing. LOL. I always felt bad for Georgie because Tracy Quartermaine treated her HORRIBLY.

I will NEVER forgive GH for killing Georgie off, worst death IMHO, dome may think different but it was for me, the way she died just NO, and leaving her out there in the snow, she deserved BETTER.

I was very young when the Elizabeth lucky emily Nikolas were there in the 99's, I didn't even start gh till 2002-2003 I was still young but I was like 11 or 12 and could understand it more lol I want to see that soooooo bad!! I remember when Natalia came back after Emily's death as ANOTHER character and she was amazing I want both characters back UGHHHH Maxie has really needed her sister these last few years and I wish we could see her with her niece and nephew same with Emily with Danny and scout UGHHHHH this breaks my heart!

That's because people don't care when characters they don't like die. Those characters have to be redeemable enough to be mourned - then they get killed, so the audience will mourn them.

That is wrong. She was fired and it as Bob Guza's decision. He is a consulting producer. He didn't have any stories for the character so he killed her off. Can't cut into the Jason/Sonny show!

The new regime has a tall task ahead of them. As a fan of the show all I can say is I hope they succeed. But the show was in such a sorry state to begin with. I blame Guza for that. Characters and history of a great show was destroyed. That happened under Jill Pharren Phillips and Guza regime.
