Georgie, I appreciate the fact that you waited for "the one", and obviously have a very solid marriage. I imparted the 25 year rule to my children, the idea being that you need to wait until you are 25 before even thinking of getting into a serious long term relationship. The idea is simple, and tracks with your story. After 25, you have an idea of what you want and what life is about. Thanks for sharing.

I've found out any younger and it's unlikely it will work out. Someone at 18 will want something different by 21. It's an unreliable age to try and make any lifelong plans.
