You do realise writing a show hasn’t changed for like a good 50 years it’s just a laptop instead of a typewriter, nothing much else has changed they still often give scripts on paper, some one still has to record it what do you think has changed so drastically other than maybe cgi which this show doesn’t use

@@JacobAnthonyOConnor you're naive, there's a reason screen writers don't typically use a "regular" text editor but instead a professional toolset, apparently "Final Draft" that streamlines and simplifies the process a lot. "powerful story planning features"... You can look it up. And Final draft is the industry leader because it's been around for a while. We're at major version 13 of this piece of software. Co-founded in 1990 btw. But even if weren't using this tool... Which they are, you don't think the ctrl + f feature to find something specific is a major advantage over typewriters?? One license costs around 100 USD for production companies. For individuals it's 200 USD. (And like with many software it costs money to upgrade.)

Because he was indicted under the suffix Jr because he has the same first/last name as *his father* but different middle name, meanwhile my name is his verbatim plus the Jr. So in short even when I put the Suffix in, they think I am my father. I’ve even had letters from employers telling me they don’t hire convicted felons of the crime he committed, which made it impossible for me to get employment in the field I studied for until he was released from prison so his PO can get the indictment fixed. Bottom line, do not name your son after you if you are not an upstanding citizen because it’ll be a bigger problem than it is an honor.

I’m mean hey, if it’s good it’s good. Young Sheldon was fire and Sheldon’s family was the best part of the show by far. With George and Mandy being the best parts of the last few seasons.

Maybe. But maybe not. It will definitely have a different tone and pacing. Hopefully they tested those two out with a live audience to see how it would work.

Think that that way- by the time Sheldon and Amy got married, Cece was old enough to decide to not go with her father to the wedding, even living in different house, and even being married by herself. She didn’t have to be around her father all the time.
