Looks delicious, as all your food does. Deep south United States and the weather is beautiful early spring, hovering around 60 degrees F. But I do have a long held question about vodka in any sauce. By definition it is supposed to be pure alcohol devoid of any flavor- right? So could one not make a much more flavorful sauce with many other flavored spirits? I ask this with utmost sincerity- your videos make me hungry very every single time. Also , what brand of tomato paste do you use- looks far more delicious and fresh than anything I can buy at the Dollar General. Any recommendations for lack of access to beautiful ingredients???
