The whole belobog ages are a mess ever since Lynx's companion quest released, Pela was in school with Serval but they made her 16 in that quest as if they forgot all about her prior backstory

She's between 38 and 45 after taking all the game hints, because Mihoyo will never accurately reveal a characters age. Simple hints being, if you treat it like our school system: 1. 18 to 22 or 24 (she's at Belobog graduation school) 2. She was a scientist for at least 10 years researching stellaron and why it froze over her city. 3. Layed off by her best friend after the stellaron proven too dangerous, so she really dedicated herself to the band. 4. Around the same time Cocolia adopts or before Cocolia adopts Bronya from the orphanage. Now it's just age speculation, because you're looking at the portrait in the museum with Cocolia and Bronya. Bronya looks like she's five to six and Cocolia can be in her late 20s to 30s. Give it 13 to 15 years that Bronya is an adult Cocolia and Serval were practically the same age going to college together.
