More so in part 6. Unlike what many think, Jotaro/Star Platinum wasn't actually nerfed (except for his timestop during part 4). Actually, they got buffed with more experience and a more impressive durability.

Part 3 is not Jotaro/Star Platinum's "prime", and I'm frankly tired of hearing it. SDC Jotaro was very strong and pretty smart too when he needed to be, but he is only 17/18 then, so he's still physically and mentally developing. DIU Jotaro is 28, a fully grown adult, so he should be physically stronger, and he's earned a doctorate, so he should be smarter too; plus it's heavily implied that he's been pursuing the Stand Arrows in the intervening decade, so he's probably taken part in many Stand Battles. The only respect in which he's gotten "weaker" is his time stop has shrunk from 5 seconds to 2, but that's because he hasn't needed to use it since DIO.

⁠@@Mr_BrokenKeyboardI like to imagine for any stands WoU likes (since it can show to any non-stand user it pleases to trigger its effects) it approaches them itself D4C: LT (the LT part) is tied to ticket to ride which is tied to the holy corpse so it would kind of have to harvest the bones from Johnny in order to keep any semblance of the LT part, though probably weaker. And it would probably have Funny Valentine’s personality. Not sure how we’d explain both of them coming back from practically being evicerated from existence, especially since there’s only one of both, but we can make it work

@Idkask I know about that but I dont think over heaven is in this list as he's uncanon to the main universe of jojos and in the canon universe I would say wonder of you is the most powerful stand to ever exist and if you're saying "tooru was defeated by go beyond" no he was not, go beyond only harmed tooru to some extent but the equivalent exchange of the new rokaka which transferred the rock disease from tsugiri to tooru which ultimately defeated him.

ok so, i been following the creator of these comics so some answers, this is an AU where after Pucci reset the universe all stands were sent to a place called the Flipside, and are now sentient and separated from their users. Stands with multiple forms (Requiems and Echoes acts) or multiple stands with the same user (Whitesnake, C-Moon and Made in Heaven) all coexist at the same time, but post part 6 stands like Tusk aren't there. also GER is described as not a manifestation of his user's soul so not sharing any of his personality and goals but inheriting 'a single moment of malice' (Giorno wanting to destroy Diavolo/make him suffer) which is why he's Like That

Kinda curious if Tusk Act 4 or Soft and Wet(Go Beyond) would meet the other JoJos stands. Or Tooru aka The Wonder of U met the other JoJo Villains stands.
