@@VLE-Grimace I like the 2002 suit overall as well, although I think its greatness weakness is the lack of a proper neck lol. The 2004 suit at least fixed that, at a cost of some other details imo

Sheesh, and Spidey fans kept complaining over the years that Tobey didn't have much of a sense of humor compared to other Spidey portrayals. These three movie-based games sure proved he did. He just wasn't given the same material to work with in the actual movies unfortunately. I think he did get to show off his comedic chops again for No Way Home at least. His Spidey suit will always will always be the best movie costume in my book, just like Michael Keaton's Batsuit is for me. Tough acts to break when they're the originals of course.

People still don’t understand that the directors are the ones who tell them how to act and what to say People always compare Spider-Man by the actors saying tobey is better or andrew is better when they’re not even in control of how they act… people should compare directors instead since they are the ones responsible for how their spidey behaves

Damn, Bully Maguire really brought in his video game appearance. My middle school self spent countless hours lost in the addictive escapist masterpiece that was Spider-Man 2, but, by the time the third movie and game came around I wasn’t doing much gaming. So this SM3 game dialogue and portrayal is new to me. Kind of wish I had given it a go back then.

@@SnoW-wc2rw Yeah, I've seen Alex Ross's character design, and I even said they used it for Superior Spider-Man. And again all they did here is make the lenses on the Sam Raimi suit black, which is only marginally similar to Alex Ross's design which only has the lens' color in common. Not even the shape.

I love that Tobey got to be 2 different Spidermen, 1) in the movies, he was a no nonsense serious Spider-Man who was focused on getting the job done, and then 2) Hilarious and quippy Spider-Man from the video games where he got to exercise his love for the comedic side of the character, this is why Tobey is the best Spider-Man, he not only voiced Spidey in the movies, BUT IN HIS MOVIE LICENSED VIDEO GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Andrew Garfield couldn't even be bothered to voice Spidey in his two games, they had to get Donatello to voice him.

If i had to choose a favorite version of this suit from this list, I would have to go with the Friend or Foe suit. I always liked the emoting eyes, and the game does do that.

How is it that Toby seems more like Spider-Man in the games than he does in the friggin movies. Like some of the dialogue as Spidey sound like something he would say in the comic or animated series. Like why he act all stoic and crap in the movies. It kind of got on my nerves. Thats why i couldnt take him seriously as Spidey at first. But he sort of grew on me I guess. Least he had the dorkiness of peter parker kind of right even though it was over the top at times
