@@TheKZfaqUser69 I mean, that's kinda the point of a game. A survival game with unlimited access to food isn't really that endearing, the limitations are part of the game in some ways. If the devs thought that the exploit was taking away from an intended experience then its fair to remove it.

To be fair, this is the same setting where you can find notes written by assorted mages talking explicitly about transhumanism, and identifying magical monsters by the barcodes their makers left on them. Historical accuracy is really not a priority, nor should it have to be.

The tax collector is part of the Hearts of Stone expansion. He will talk to you when you walk over the Oxenfurt market when you carry 35000 crowns or more.

It is part of the Heart if Stone expansion. When you have 35000 or more crowns in your pocket and visit the Oxenfurt market he will stop you and this will start.
