Welcome to cartoon tank Theory So the first one up is the main General he was actually the second in command Because he was one of the first and he was smart and hope for his loss to come back to life So the second up is the main villain Leviathan he was the third tank ever to be created but when he was elected to be the president they instantly rejected him so he became a traitor so he joined the the Germans but when he became the president of the Germans he also instantly got rejected by the Germans when being president and then when he died he will come to the Demon world and the demons trained him to be stronger and stronger until he was the strongest and then he came to the real world destroyed that timeline where the Germans and everyone was at peace but he came to the reality and destroyed it but there is another timeline where he doesn't exist so this is the timeline that he came right now.
