From one of your subbies.. my mom passed away in February and I didn’t want to do anything I mean absolutely nothing but I have been working on my health and fitness goals. So when u say move, just do something and walk. I take that to ❤because emotions be high but the walks help… ❤❤❤ hope it wasn’t too much
