it is very akward as a street fighter player to switch characters in this game. I was doing Reptile but wanted to try Geras. It is a whole different show in this game. this video is a great help but i have to program my tiny brain to make the connection with moves and specials.

Found a slightly hard but solid Fatal blow combo. For which it goes Back 1 2 into AMP back forward 1, standing 4 into AMP down back 4, and finally forward 2 into FB. Reason why I say it is a little hard is because the timing is hella weird.

I recommend Lao kameo with Geras, neutral helping Kameos really enhance his bully playstyle. Also after F44, do b12, df4 (will side switch if you do b12 fast enough into the pop up db4, it’s optimal dmg) This works for 12, bf1 EX, b12 df4. (They will pop up backwards so you can dash forward and do b12 db4) That is his optimal so far without Kameo. Have fun he’s a really fun char this game just remember you have a tick throw built in (only char who does) and make use of his Thanos snap

@@wanheda4273 spam it in neutral it recharges near instantly, you can use it after combos to hold it and jump in on them for a OH low set up (although this is universal for all chars) It’s mainly the projectile that’s really helpful with neutral but that’s just my tip

Lao can also make him do combos with BF1 without spending a bar: Geras does BF1 and then Lao TP, so the Geras will not end his move but the enemy will still be stuck in time

BROOO i had no freaking clue I could hit the grab button to do geras/anyones commant grabs like that. I feel so dumb it makes complete since and not my accuracy on them is 20x better

Opponent keeps falling out the command grab string after ex time stop. Any suggestions?

I know exactly what you're talking about-- you just have to time it really tight. Do the grab too early and the armor stops it from working, but slightly too late and it misses. Doing the previous hits in the combo as early as possible helps with their height for the beginning or the time stop though.

What I found to be the issue was the db3. Doing it too slow for 122 to connect and it'll drop at 12. Getting used to the buffer mid bf1 made it all connect smoothly for me

I notice the BF1EX is followed by the DB3... I just don't understand what the purpose is. Does it reset Geras to neutral?

No it just gives you the chance to add a clock for your snap, so that it can ready sooner

@cristofherposadas2482 I had gone through training mode about discovered the purpose of it. Really helpful with that move I don't use it often I would probably use the EX version to max out the clock charges instead.

U don’t need that many combos if u can learn of ur main easy combos and about 3 or 4 hard ones you’re fine
