Found this not too long ago in a separate video tape (as opposed to broadcast) version. This is an episode of "Gerbert" focusing on feelings.
Not a good day for Gerbert. First, he misses Stu's soccer game because he wanted to sleep a little longer (and has a dream about a giant pickle that cost a nickel. Makes about as much sense as you'd expect); then (after moping for a bit) goes outside only to rip his brand-new shirt, then his wagon breaks (with a wheel falling in a bucket); then when Chris Christian stops by to offer to fix the wagon, he stubs his toe. Eventually in the end, Gerbert learns how God knows and understands our feelings.
BREAK 1: A slightly-rewritten version of "I'm in the Lord's Army"
BREAK 2: Another song ("Lifeguard") followed by a story ("Fit for a King") about a batch of thorns that's supposed to be the thorns used for the crown of thorns Jesus had placed on Him when He went to the Cross
BREAK 3: Recap of Gerbert's bad day (with the music from the intro and first verse of Rick Riso's song "He is Willing" in the background)
SONG: Chris sings "God Knows My Feelings"
