Mam my question is that I have completed A2 level and I'm able to make sentence when I'm writing but when it comes to talking or speaking I'm completely null at it and also at vocabulary so mam any tips or tricks please help me... What should I do to improve speaking and vocabulary....?????

You are saying wrong. If you are fail in one exam the you have to exam only that part. You no need to pay for all part and you no need to exam other again. You have to specially exam only what part in which you were fail
