Hi! Wish you a lot of luck and strength. I've also coped with this condition for…well, most of my life now. I never got diagnosed, but overtime found myself some coping mechanisms/rituals that help. I hope you will find things that will work for you as well. Sending you my best wishes.

This might be a weird analysis but I love how Naomi lives in excess. I especially relate to her in how she loves flavorful food and hates healthy food. I love that about her. She’s just loves intense things, down to her makeup. I guess Vincent is a nice contrast to her (but I could never live the way he does). Go NAOMI Go!

Hope you get some good help there - I was in mental hospital twice and the first time I was kinda Anxious because I didn't know what to expect. And I hope you are doing well there and that you will get good help there and that it will help you. two friends of mine are also currently in inpatient therapy at mental hospitald and are making a lot of experiences there. That's why I hope for you that you have good experiences and hopefully that you can take a lot with you.

8:47 You put perfect amount of the Sauce (Pani) And it is not usually filled just with onions, The potatoes are the main key. It's basically filled with boiled potatoes mashed with so many spices and onions Ofcourse. I wish you come to India one day and try the food 💜

The fact that Vincent loved something AND THEN IT IS PAANI PUURI MADE MY DAY! As a Girl with Pakistani origin and a Gol Gappa/ Paani Puri lover it made me proud. Übrigens bin ich Deutsche mit Migrationshintergrund und fand das Video sehr unterhaltsam! Besonders als Englischlehrerin, finde ich es immer toll die Diversität der englischsprachigen Länder im Unterricht zu vermitteln. London geht über Tower Bridge, London Eye und black tea hinaus! Additionally! ( im half Malaysian and I can attest to this ) Malaysia is known for some of the best food :) we have 3 majority races here, malay, Chinese and Indian, so our food is truly a fusion of that culture. The best naan and roti canai I have to say, is in Malaysia 😬 Happy to send a food list for anyone visiting!

Roti canai ( ask for garing, it means crispy )

It would be sooo cool if you both could visit Poland. Not only for regional food like variety of pierogi (obviously) but in Warsaw there’s a place with vegan ramen which I personally love! it’s called (drum roll) Vegan Ramen Shop! Also Chinese steamed dumplings in Pełną Parą (Full Steam). If you gonna visit Warsaw you should also see Nocny Market (Night Market). It’s a place where you can try foods from some places in the world, mostly Asian foods (but not only)! Greetings for you and Vincent from Polish Broccoli 🥦🥦🥦! Keep up the great work :D

If you came back to the UK towards Christmas time, you'd be able to go to the Christmas markets which always have amazing food. The Yorkshire pudding wrap is everywhere, so are crepes and bratwurst sausages (sorry I dunno how to spell that). There's also mulled wine and loads of other stuff thats really good. Plus the markets are always really pretty, and you can get some really cute souvenirs from the stalls.

You need to go to Japan Centre next time(in london)! Haha, that bagel shop is the best bagels in the UK! and also cheap :) Everyone goes there rich or poor. It is ICONIC! You hit all the right places in london:) I cannot believe i did not see that japanese fluffy pancake place as i pass that place daily. Must go there :D Also agree with the Shroyo ramen - the best :)

Japan Centre is very overpriced, and most of the stuff is available in other asian supermarkets in Chinatown. Also eating-in there is Jumak39, Machiya and Shoryu are right next to them, same price or cheaper and much better food.
