Historian Joe Peterson presents his research on the US Army's WWII prisoner of war re-education program as it was implemented at Camp White. German prisoners of war worked on local farms and in orchards during the war years. Peterson's presentation was delivered as part of the 2015 Windows in Time series at the Ashland Public Library in Ashland, Oregon, and was later broadcast as an episode in The Southern Oregon History Show.
