@@308_Negra_Arroyo_Lanehuh? Not true. I’ve only had females. My sister only had males but they were all joyous dogs. My last girl absolutely loved car rides. We of course conditioned her as a pup but in her young days she got so excited she would throw up in the car after having been in motion for a while. That didn’t totally stop until around 2yo. Like she couldn’t handle both motion AND super excitement together.

My golden retriever went to the car wash with us for the first time since her older brother had passed. The car wash is now in the group of things for which she needs a CBD boost (thunder and the big garbage trucks). I think Zeus did pretty good, considering it was this first. You rock, Zeus!❤

That hind end in the air and head in the floor was exactly what my shepherd did every time we visited the car wash. Best dog I have ever had. She would die for me, but only if it's absolutely necessary 😂😂😂. She would rather be a love bug than a brave protector.❤❤

Both my GSD girls ride along as we pass thru one of the longer moving car washes. They could care less. Thunder catches their attention, but they remain calm. Fireworks are another matter. The youngest one acts like she's pissed off at the noise and the older one follows her outside to show their disapproval.

In my time, I've had 14 cats(10 were feral) 6 dogs (4 German shepherds)my current boy max is 120lbs. ,7 yrs old and living his best life. Shepherds are certainly "high maintenance " compared to some other breeds,demanding more time ,effort and energy to keep them happy and healthy but the love, devotion, protection and loyalty is so worth it.i love all dogs and breeds but have to agree. They are the " nobelist breed ". My idea of heaven, if I make it. Is to arrive and immediately greet my loved ones.all of my best friends on earth. (My pets) and then the humans (in order of the greatness of my love for them and they for me...

Ha ha! Funny video. I remember taking my 70 pound female black lab (Mayday) through the car wash once. She went into full attack mode. I thought: You weigh 70 pounds and the machine weighs a ton and you're going to fight it? Well, anyway, when it was all done, and she was calm, Mayday looked at me and wanted a treat for defending me from that threat. So OK, we went to Taco Johns for potato Oles. ha ha

Such perfect beings. Our Tucker would behave the same way. One fond memory - we're sitting in a gas station with the windows partly rolled down and the owner was talking to a customer nearby. After a minute the customer moved back slightly and got too near car. Well Tucker let out a sudden baritone roar that startled me like never before. They moved away fast, but it didn't seem to faze them. I laughed all the way home.

Bless his little heart! He is beautiful! I never forget the time I had my German Shepherd in the backseat of my car, going to the car wash. I had forgotten to put one of the back windows up, and when I turned around he was pretty wet pop with some soap says it's coming down his face😂😂

Even I don't like going through a carwash. My GSP dog is braver and barks at the brushes and the noise and the water. I'm always slamming on the brakes and half ducking from the brushes and the water. My husband has to take my car through the car wash. The dog loves it.
