My former brother in laws shepherd was HUGE. He would always come down to the basement where me and my then wife were sleeping. He would always, always position himself between us. If I tried to push him out he's growl. lol. Buddy was truly a great dog

As the dog mom to a German shepherd, a pitbull girl, and a small but also giant chihuahua and my son’s lab mix we lost to Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever in November ‘23 I will just tell you its a toss up between the chihuahua and the lab mix for who is the least sharpest tool in the shed. Scout is the chihuahua who is 4 y/o and Cooper the lab mix who is 3. My GSD is my service dog and his only hold up on learning new things is me because I get frustrated and just wanna quit because I want him to give something that I am not doing the best job at teaching. I wouldn’t trade any of our dogs for any amount of cash because they may be super “special” but they are OUR “special”. I would spend all day for the rest of my life with just dogs and be perfectly happy

My sister has a half GS/Rottweiler who likes to watch TV when she goes away. I was at her place when we left and she asked me upon returning whether I turned off the TV bec I didn’t know not to do that.
