I am back in Germany to visit my mom. I decided to go grocery shopping and one of the biggest supermarkets here in Germany Globus I’m always impressed how clean and how big everything is and the prices are way cheaper than the United States

@@irishgip71 he’s a perfect example of someone who migrated to America 🇺🇸 and worked for what he has and never complains. Upstanding citizen and all around great person. Sorry I missed him when I visited Venice Beach 5 years back. I’d never ever go back there now though because it was terrible then too and can only imagine now. Best thing he ever did was close that business there as times have changed.

Please don't ever think Germany is boring compared to Los Angeles. I went to Germany in 2023 and didn't want to leave. It's absolutely gorgeous. Just look at those gardens alone! Please film everything you can while you're there. Nothing you show us will be boring in any way!

Mike enjoy every moment with your mom, I lost mine suddenly 11 years ago when I was 36 and I can tell you half of me died that day and I will never be the same. Your mom reminds me so so much of my mom it makes me very happy seeing her in your videos. Time goes by so fast and sometimes we take time for granted just enjoy every single minute. Your mom is such a beautiful person.

i am german, and in the german language there are snails (schnecke) and naked snails (nackt schnecke) like the ones in the video. Sometimes when learning a new language its hard to understand there are different names for basically the same thing. btw, i think the name "naked snail" fits perfectly

We love your mom and her infectious smile. As for the snails/ slugs put some beer in a cup and set the cup around the plants. The snails will climb into the cup, drink the beer and drown. We have them here in the Southern U.S. Get the cheapest beer, the slugs aren’t picky.😁
