Shape okay... What about other stealth features? Non-magnetic hull, SONAR Absorption, NextGen propulsion and AIP? W/o ToT it will difficult for long run to maintain, ungrade and local system/weapons integration.

still if Spain giving 100% TOT and cost is very less like 50-60% of germen ones they should be chosen, Germany won't give 100% TOT for sure and cost will be high also not reliable partner. we can ask for modifications in Spanish submarines instead
