Thank you so much and hallo aus Köln ❤ I absolutely adore Lord of the Lost since I discovered them in 2013/2014. They are around since 2009 and are somewhere between dark rock/gothic/metal/glam/wave/pop. This song is for sure one of their popier ones, but in Eurovision you also need to appeal to the general audience. The song wasn't written for Eurovision, it was written in 2021 before they knew they would apply again for the national selection. They will definitly deliver on stage, they have a lot of expirience and in Amsterdam everyone was amazed by their presence 😊 They even got to tour with Iron Maiden last year and were asked to do it again this summer. They are currently touring in South America and will be back just a few days before leaving for Liverpool. I and all of us Losties (their fans) are so happy to see them in Eurovision and staying true to what they always were and how we know them. In Eurovision a little more they showed us their softer side with the accustic version of this song and thwir song "One last song" (check it out you might like it) ❤

I think this time Germany will end up somewhere in the middle and get a few more points. Metal will never die 👍👌👊🤘 Grüße aus Kiel

Maybe you would like their accoustic version of "one last song" more than this song. It is a special version for "Eurovision a little bit more". It is basically a ballad and very emotional. They submitted a demo version of "one last song" last year, but they were rejected, probably for not being radio-friendly. Last years selection caused a shitstorm in Germany, when the possible entries were announced, 6 radio-friendly mediocre acts without any spice.

I agree, better entry this year and worth more points. Now that I listened to more entries, I think this will be somewhere in the middle. Initially, I thought this was top 5 material, their musical composition is nice

Deutschland was ist passiert? Die Zuschauer konnten die ARD dazu überzeugen ihr System zu überdenken. Beim Vorentscheid konnte sich LotL dank des Zuschauervotings dem von der ARD favorisierten Ikke Hüftgold. 😂

Of course anyone that likes metal music will appreciate it more
